By creating an account or using MOVD, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use MOVD. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. One account per person — don't create accounts on behalf of others without permission.
MOVD+ is an auto-renewing subscription billed to your Apple ID through the App Store. It renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime via Settings → Manage Subscription in the app, which opens Apple's subscription management page — we cannot cancel it for you directly. Prices may change with notice, and refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store policies, not by us directly.
You're responsible for the moves, captions, photos, and other content you post. Don't harass or bully other users, impersonate anyone, post illegal or infringing content, or spam. You can report content or a profile using the Report option in the app. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Crews are meant for groups of people who know each other. What you share is visible to the members of your crews and, depending on the feature, to people who follow you. Be respectful of the people you're moving with.
MOVD is a social fitness tracker, not a medical device or professional health service. Consult a doctor before starting any new exercise program. We are not responsible for injuries or health outcomes related to your use of the app.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.
MOVD is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MOVD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these terms as MOVD changes. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use MOVD after a change means you accept the updated terms.

This Privacy Policy explains what information MOVD ("we," "us") collects when you use the app, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using MOVD, you agree to the practices described here.
Account info: your email address, and if you sign in with Apple or Google, the name and email those providers share with us.
Profile info: the display name, handle, bio, and avatar color you set.
Photos: any photo you choose for your profile or a shared move is stored on your device and is not currently uploaded to our servers.
Subscription info: if you subscribe to MOVD+, Apple and our subscription partner, RevenueCat, process the payment — we receive your subscription status, never your card details.
Content you create: crews, moves, and callouts you post are visible to the people you're connected to in the app.
We use your information to create and maintain your account, show your profile and activity to other MOVD users you interact with (crews, search, follows), process MOVD+ subscriptions, and respond to support requests you send us. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, and we do not sell your information.
We share information only as needed to provide the service: Supabase (our backend, for authentication and data storage), Apple and Google (if you sign in with them), and Apple/RevenueCat (to process MOVD+ subscriptions). We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
You can permanently delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. This removes your profile and account from our systems. Some records may be retained briefly where required by law or by Apple for subscription/financial record-keeping.
MOVD is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.
We may update this policy as MOVD changes. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use MOVD after a change means you accept the updated policy.
